Oolong (also spelt as Wu-Long) or "Black Dragon Tea" as it is known in China , is a semi fermented tea. The fermentation process is halted as the tea leaves start to change their colour. It is a traditional Chinese tea that is sort after for its unique taste and amazing health benefits. This tea is wilted under the hot sun, tenderized in bamboo baskets and then laid out to dry.
