Jasmine
Jasmine tea is a specialty among China teas, prepared from a select green tea that has been scented with fresh Jasmine blossoms. This tea produces a pale, clear infusion with a hint of green tea that allows the jasmine to shine through to produce a delicate, mildly sweet flavour and aromatic fragrance. A light, bright and refreshing drop with a hint of sweet jasmine and a clean, fresh finish.
The following health benefits may accompany consumption of this tea
Jasmine tea is particularly healthy because it is high in a group of powerful antioxidants known as catechins. Jasmine tea offers many health benefits, including a reduced risk of cancer, lowers heart rate, lowers blood pressure, stroke preventing, lowers cholesterol levels and helps treat chronic fatigue syndrome. From an aromatherapy perspective, the inhaling of jasmine scent produces a significant reduction in heart rate that results in a seductive effect on mood and nerve activity and so is used as a stress reliever and a natural anti-depressant.
